Otherwise known as the Tree Whisperer, Ernie manages the growing of our perennials and makes sure all is running smoothly with our Nursery stock. And, if that’s not enough, he’s also a Bonsai Expert!
Patty Mundt, Nursery Retail Manager
Patty makes sure that our nursery benches are filled with lush blooms for the picking. She’s also an expert on when and where to plant, what to expect, and how to get the most out of your garden. She comes from a long line of gardeners and it shows in her know-how!

Mariko’s been with Donaroma’s almost since the start. Her talent and love of all things floral shine through in her award-winning designs!
Cammie Naylor, Garden Designer
Cammie’s amazing and one of our most colorful Garden Designers. If you see her bopping along in her Donaroma’s pick-up—white with painted daisies, and fresh daisies peeking over the edge of the flatbed—give her a shout out!
Kathie Case, Cashier & Nursery Air Traffic Controller
Seriously! Kathie is our summer sweetheart. She handles all retail nursery sales with equal parts planting and life advice. She also makes sure our summer college workers are well-hydrated and well-sunscreened!
Brendan Long, Construction
Brendan went to school all the way through college with Jeff Donaroma, and now they work together. It’s that kind of place! He’s the guy who drives the big trucks and bobcats. All the fun stuff!
Carrie Lucier, Accounts Payable
Carrie heads our Accounts Payable department and you know what that means? Be nice to her! But that’s easy because she handles payables with grace and ease!

SUE rocks! She and Mariko are the dynamic duo when it comes to floral design and implementation. Never short on ideas, she makes dreams come true. Sue’s least favorite season is the Fall, but she sure knows how to dress up a Thanksgiving table!
